Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson is a sixth-year English and Music teacher at Concord High School. He is excited to rejoin the instrumental music program for the second consecutive year and especially looks forward to teaching Music Tech for the first time. This year, he will be teaching four(!) different classes in three different classrooms – Guitar, Music Tech, AP Language and Composition, and ERWC.
Besides teaching at Concord High, Eric’s other passion lies in playing keyboards and guitar in two independent rock bands, regularly gigging throughout the Bay Area. Last summer, his group “Tay and the Janglahdahs” released a full-length album and toured along with his other band “My Evergreen Soul” up to Seattle and back to the Bay Area. He looks forward to getting back into the studio to finish My Evergreen Soul’s debut full length album.
Eric approaches every day at school with the belief that every student deserves to experience the joy and confidence that comes from developing their musicianship and is committed to empowering students to discover what they are truly capable of.
